Those silvery bars are where the sound works its way out. It’s mostly about the speaker bars on the front – stereo speakers are good, but they don’t look too hot here. With easy curves, no hardware soft keys and a recognisable curvy back, it set a new standard for budget aesthetics in 2013. It’s simple, ergonomic and – in its black version at least – a very good-looking budget phone.
